Track your food intake using myfitnesspal, and have patience, patience is a really important factor.

get on the road and move. i lost 20 kilos just by walking. camino santiago. france and spain, 2000kms in 4 months. it was the greatest decision i could have done.

Just eat healthier and work out there are plenty of things online

Do any HIIT training or something similar. Worked best for me

I have been trying to lose weight recently, What I have seen recently is cutting out carbs and watching what you eat + working out will get you into shape fast
