How to gain weight?

It really does depend. Personally just eat more carbs, but moderate how much you eat. Also, foods with a lot of fat will make you gain faster.

i think dietologist could give you a plan what to eat. Most of the food should be based on proteins

if you are trying to gain just weight eat alot of carbs but if you are trying to gain weight through muscle work out lift weights or do body work outs like pushups etc

Think 80/20 rule - 80% diet, 20% gym.  Eat a lot and lift.  Don't count calories, just eat a lot of healthy food - carbs, protein, fats. Make sure you hit the gym 3-4 times a week.
