if you already take a supliment, but it doesnt work out, live an unhealthy life. do not do much work. eat more than average calories you take. if you eat 500 cal for one day make it 800-1k cal and dont do lots of heavy stuff like exercise or wat not. but dont take a lot of sugars you'll end up getting diabetes before you gain weight HAHA! this tips i got from my instructor from my own. i once 40kg like a lamp post. but now im 75kg

yeah but stick away from the transfats, just eat a lot more red or white meat, and ensure you have a fair few carbs

stick away from cardio, but doing weights here and there isn't too bad

workout and drink water

Eat proteins - chicken, turkey meat, fish (salmon / tuna is good), eggs,

good fats such as nuts, peanuts, avocados, coconuts, olive oil and seeds

I also eat oats, greek yogurt ... and fruits / vegetables (vitamins)

Eat a lot of food (healthy ) and lift weight to get some muscle

Eat! Eat a lot! Eat food that has a lot of calories, more than you need a day your body will store them as fat and you will gain weight!
