If you want to gain weight, then you need to be in caloric surplus! Research what energy balance means and find your maintenance calories and then try to up maybe 500 calories up and see how your body respond for a week.

Depends on what kind of weight you want. You could start to exercise and eat well then load up on some creatine for a bit. Its a lot of water weight, but weight none the less.

Well, you could always just eat tons of food. Or you could work out and build muscle which will add to your overall weight.
