Well, the panel was removed because the owner of the pannel (centos) got promoted to the moderator and edited the post removing the link.
lost the files so oh well.

I only just noticed it was gone?
I leaked all his passwords too and he tried to get me banned for it(and a lot of other things like leaking his stealth server), but I spoke so a sound admin and centos got demoted.
