i need some help pulling ips

i have searched many places and done my research. I used to boot for friends a long time ago in games like halo 3 and black ops 2. however, now it seems i can only pull ips of people in my party on xbox one and not in my game lobby. I am trying to get ips off of cod ww2. i have used LANC, which only works in party (maybe im doing something wrong.) wireshark is shit, Cain pulls hella ips and i cant differentiate whos who, and commview just flat out doesnt work for me. if you have any suggestions or different programs any help would be appreciated.

LANC doesn't pull only your part, it pulls any IP's connected.
For example,
    I used to sniff IP's & hostboot people on Halo 2 a while back. I used LANC and loved it.
      I would only see my party's IP's until we started searching for a game. It'd show all the IP's of other players it's trying to put in a match.

You might want to check again on how you're using it.
