Xbox 360 GTA-V How to host your own sessions

Here is some code i put together some time ago that might be helpful to someone.. Session hosting was not as simple to do as i had expected it to be, as some of the natives did not appear to have any effect. All of the follow session types etc are working. I know gta v online is going away in a few months so most of it will no longer be relivent for most people..
