Will Kai'sa be a hybrid or an on-hit champ? (Living weapon promotes a non-crit build)

Kai'sa's passive requires certain breakpoints in bonus AD, AP, and AS in order to fully utilize her kit.

• AD breakpoint can be reached by building crit, on-hit, or hybrid.
  
• AS breakpoint can be reached by building crit, on hit, or hybrid (although a little more difficult for hybrid).
  
• AP breakpoint can be reached by building on-hit or hybrid.
  

From this I gathered that the intended item build is either on-hit or hybrid due to fulfilling all of her passive's breakpoints. But which one will ultimately depend on the scaling of her Plasma's % missing hp, W's AP scaling, and whether or not Kai'sa's ultimate's shield scales with AP (or at all).

Since her demo vid shows her using Botrk almost exclusively, I'd wage its a more on hit focused build. What do you guys think?
