Probably Hitler because his genocide was much worse than Stalin. The US was also Allies with the USSR once. After the US and Soviets became enemies they became asshole and started killing people and tried turning everyone communist. Hitler was just a mass murderer and more of an enemy than the Soviets. (We never had direct conflict with the Soviets in the Cold War, only indirect "battles") So in my opinion Hitler was much worse than Stalin.

Stalin, he actually killed 2-3x more Jews than hitler, he also murdered his own Army. Look it up :)
