One thing is to just run the stuff on a virtual machine as not all piece of softwares is allowed to be ran inside of a sandbox. Sandboxie had a few 0day exploits in the past.
If you really want to be secure. Start using unix. Learn reverse engineering (assembly. Malware analysis). Use your brain. Having antimalware on your pc, doesn't work quite well these days.

They should start using google then. Just by installing a anti-malware tool, won't help you alot. By following your guide, it seems that when you install anti-malware tools you will be safe. Which isn't true. But fair enough.

What is this nonsense you're spreading? If the forum only had 1 "virus removal guy" it must have been a really low populated forum. Unknowncheats which checks all files getting uploaded. Reverse engineering them to check for malware, has atleast 5-8 people who can do it.
