Getting the IP
This is more than easy nowadays. You can use multiple tools such as a Skype resolver, IP logger, Wireshark (to sniff the IP), etc. which is all provided from the links above.
Grabbing the Info
The most common used method of grabbing one's info is using their IP address and performing a simple GEO IP/Who Is or geolocation and ISP information. That can be done using the sites provided under "Links".
Websites linked with their Skype
You aren't going to find their real information just from their Skype but you can find websites attached to their Skype leading up to that. The easiest method is by opening up Google and searching for "Skype:SkypeNameHere".
Ex: You want to find information regarding "echo123" on Skype.
Just Google "Skype:echo123" (no quotations, obviously)
Grabbing their Email linked with Skype (Facebook Method)
As this may not be the easiest, it sure is pretty common. Basically, you create a fake Facebook account, go here (click me), link it to your Skype, and click "Find Friends". Once you've finished that, the best bet is to just use CTRL+F (Find) and search for their Skype name. If one is to link their Skype to their Facebook, you can now investigate their Facebook profile.
That's really all you need to know about doxing someone. The only really useful information are their Skype, IP Address (which is extremely easy to obtain), and their email address. Thank you for taking the time to read my tutorial and I hope you've learned from it.
