What are your thoughts on the tor browser? Haven't been on in a few months.. but recently found an article of people buying phones/computers cheaply on websites down there.. thoughts?

I use TOR browser as a VPN to bypass paypal and ebay bans, so i fucking love TOR but after bans have gone its my second choice :P.
