Syndicate Not Working

I bought lifetime on syndicate and it is a very nice server but then all of a sudden I got on and my rgh got stuck on boot up logo so I got put ninja on and it worked fine so something is up with my syndicate plugin but I try to contact Captain Modz but he's never online on skype any HELP
