Russia preparing for final assault on Aleppo, Western officials warn

Western intelligence officials believe Russia could launch a final assault on eastern Aleppo as early as this week.

A fleet of eight Russian warships, led by the aircraft carrier, Admiral Kuznetsov, is currently south of Sardinia and sailing towards the eastern Mediterranean.

Personally this would be a massive help out there, but a tad rough as aid workers have died and nobody knows who killed them, though fingers were pointed at Russia, nothing is confirmed.
