Request Mod Loader help?

So I've always had this issue where any modded TU i try to use [by replacing the tu8 with 9] i either get told to update or fatal crash on load of GTAV.... it doesn't matter how new/old the loader is.... I've thought maybe it's because of my console types [slim/ Corona and Trinity] BUT i've known other people w the same motherboard types and they ran modloaders fine. Basically I'm wondering if anyone had this issue and found the cause for it? would be greatly appreciated if i receive any help.

--- I can though use both tu's at once and load fine...BUT the modloader doesn't work and my TU textures don't load.......

You can only load (1) TU texture, so as to why it works with them both, it'll load the most(insert your way of saying this here) .
And as far as I know, uu cant change the numberrr. Think Rockstar (8)

tu 8 is from the xbox store you need to have the game extracted to hdd to be able to use tu9 so the mod loader loads you can get the extracted download for gta from here https://downloadgamexbox.com/grand-theft...-jtag-rgh/

yes i know, But what I'm saying is Even though I've extracted the game, I still fatalcrash when loading GTA when i have a TU 9 installed... And i've tried many solutions.  but nothing has worked so far.
