Anyone know like a method on how to get if player (self) is in story mode, main menu, online and such?

I implemented discord's rich presence to my cheat. But I wanted to make different "status" texts. like: In main menu, in story mode, in online lobby etc


Main menu isnt important. But getting an statement that if player is singleplayer the status will display that otherwise online. I know how to code it ofc. But what could I use to get the status (where the user is, story mode / online game)

I have also seen other menus that showed when people were in pause in apartments and such. but not sure about this
