Some tips:
 
-You can untick files you don't want (for example deselecting the full Hacked Team archive will save you exactly 250GB)
-Be careful with exe files

For a magnet link and a torrent file?? why.. Or do you mean the whole 500GB ? I've uploaded a virustotal scan of the .torrent
