Looks alright, I prefer your old one though :P I think maybe this one would be better without the black background? Make it the same colour as the forum, dark grey.

I changed it up a bit, Now it has the transparent background

Yea it's looking better like that. Personally I just don't like that Xbox logo :P The rest is alright.
