[REQ]How to decrypt passwords found in databases(Excel Format)?

hello guys..please can anyone help me to decrypt passwords found in databases ??

Tips :
1. Identify the hash algorithm of the password with hash analyzer tool (eg. link )
2. If the hash were using SHA1, find SHA1 decryptor tool (eg. link )
3. Poof !! magic happened.
