Question about database info

Hey guys. I've been looking for my old neopets account - but I can't find it on the leaked database. There are accounts I was friends with though. 

Just wondering why my UN wouldn't be there? Is it because it wasn't compromised? Or because it was older than a certain age? Not sure how the hack happened - is it possible to only target newer accounts? 

Any info would be great thanks ::) I'm in quite a rabbit hole here
