The Best VPN is HMA or ExpressVPN. You can easily crack these.

The 'best' VPN varies by experience but what I look at is the VPN provider's ToS to see the pros and cons. The key thing I look for(and what others should look for) is 'No Logs'. Keep in mind that just because a VPN claim they do this and that doesn't mean they do so entirely so always keep an eye on their ToS for any changes and decide carefully before using.

I see you mentioned PIA, I heard PIA is good but have yet to try it out.

I don't know if Avast's vpn is great, but you can crack it really easily with this key: 95VM7R-7DBUKJ-48448E

I use the old Hide My Ass! as it has an auto ip changer so like if I need to change my ip every 10 seconds, the old version of HMA is the best.
