This is what i believe if the upgraded sections are not alive and active it would pretty useless to upgrade to be honest.

We should get a group of us from here that venture the net and focus on, organize & find stuff useful and interesting.

Like, after obtaining enough, we just bring it to the owner or admin or whoever it'd be and have them add it in.

It seems like it's a lot of because we never have alot to put out.

Idk it's just me probably.
