PC Glare Header Fix (Global)

Hey, as my glare header was not working, I looked for a fix.
Here's the fix: (you just gotta need to adjust it to your source)

Code:

Global: 2437022 + 1151 + 6

Here we go..., this works on GTAV PC 1.46 Update.
