Long story short, I'm in a hurry on having to buy a new desktop pc.

I'm replacing this crappy laptop that broke. I don't need anything great, just something upgradable that's under $300.

I just need it for web browsing, some gaming. Like Tera, Blizzard, etc.

in all seriousness you probably won't be able to game too much on a 300$ one. Your best bet is having a look at some intel pentium processors
