New Upgrade & Userbar

I've already mentioned this before, but a 4th upgrade would be nice to have. It was going to be called "Ruby" and it would be the only group that would be able to change the color of the Stars on the postbits, also have the username color of a dark pink/red/crimson (the ONLY reddish color that would be allowed for non-admins). There would also be other features like +10 and -10 reputation, store even more messages etc.

Here's the Userbar I made for that:




I also made a Userbar for regular white members:


I thought perhaps more users would join if they knew they would have a nice looking userbar right off the bat.

If the 4th donor rank goes into use, then I would like to see the daily rating to be increased, or be lifted in all.

Those would be nice and I'd like to have a few extra permissions, like editing our own threads/posts in forums were not allowed too atm

Ruby should have a lot of things the same as emerald, but have higher payouts for the credit games. @Nova

The 4th userbar is something that the Administration Panel has been contemplating for weeks now. Userbar looks good, but the main reason it hasn't been placed into effect as of now, is due to the fact that there simply isn't enough exclusive benefits to support another upgrade; not to mention the current upgrade sections are dead.

As for the userbars for normal users, I honestly don't think we will be adding that. A userbar is one of many thing you should work for here on the site or at least earn through support. The upgrade userbars are cool same can be said for staff and groups. But what point would there be if you could register and have one off the rip; at least that's my take on it, that will go through to the other admins as well not just me.

Other than that, we have a lot more things in store for changes and some upcoming events for the site that will hopefully encourage people to be a bit more active than they are now.
