but how are they stealing? are they Ratting or keylogging users? I read the post but still a bit lost

Doesn't really matter! The principle if someone is contributing the cryptocurrency is a positive growth! We do even have people who use decentralize method to transfer human trafficking, drugs etc... If that is the case, the cryptocurrency should be closed, but that is the whole point of cryptocurrency. We want things to be anonyms and decentralized.
