If you ever go to a University/College and live in their dorms, electricity + utilities is usually never a factor. Other places like libraries, internet cafe, and other facilities also don't make you cough up money for electricity.

This is exactly what I was wondering lol... seems like to an extent, everywhere could get pissed if it was abused.

It really depends on the electricity rates. In my country are avaiable a lot of mining rigs on second hand apps of people who bought it and now are unprofitable for them

Oh how times have changed so fast. Two 1070s barely hits $80 a month for me right now, and even with the market being adjusted back it would only be maybe $100. Feelsbadman.
I'd still consider it worth it, but the ROI is going to be much longer unless you mine and hold a newer coin and hope it takes off down the line.
