i think when you click members it should either be in alphabetical order or maybe like tabs such as this

Staff ,Most rep, Most Post and then members birthdays on there somewhere. if that makes sence. if needed i could create some pics :)

i understnad. most sites have everything. thats a problem with creating a new site with ideas. im not saying there are ideas that havnt ben created but ya. ik

if an staff member has posted someone thing you respec their choice, no questions are to be asked on what they have said or done... now thats not copying thats called respect !
