Macs are horribly overpriced. I could literally buy an HP laptop that has better specs and a slightly lower resolution screen and it'd be half the price and can do a lot more stuff. Macs have shitty graphics cards for the price of them too. If you pay $1000 for a laptop, you would assume that it'd have a graphics card that is better than an Intel Graphics 4000 card (which fails to run almost every high-end game) when a Windows $1000 Lenovo Ideapad has an Nvidia 750 2GB card. That's only talking about the hardware too, so don't even get me started on how much better Windows is than Mac internally and regarding to software.
