I have been on and off this forum for the past 2 years.
I love this place, I have been staff multiple times and love helping around. Though I resigned from my position a little bit ago, but I am back. I want to see this place continue to grow and be it's best.
If you want to see this place active and growing with people actually posting let's do something.
So obviously our first issue is getting more people in here. You have Referral links in your profiles.
Head to your Control Panel and in the top right you will see this

That's a long link but you should be able to shorten that down. I trust most of your abilities to be resourceful with the internet.

Using your referral links can get you special badges and other rewards.
Next we need to work on the content on the site.
A lot of you post quality content and I love reading it and replying to it. Though I think we need to get more onto this boat.
Profile pictures look nice! Really I am not hating on the default DemonForums Picture but it doesn't look that good when 80% of the forum have it. So nice unique profile pictures are
That can be done in your control panel on the left side bar half way down you will see and option saying "Change Avatar"
Then upload a picture or link to it.
Lastly.
We need to do what we can to cleaning up this place. So staff do a lot with cleaning up spam and posts that break the rules but things do get missed believe me I have done it as well. So we need to give them a helping hand. Reporting is easy. If you see something at the bottom of the post you will see a button that says report and then depending on the content decide what it category the report goes under. Then Submit and continue on with what you were doing.
It helps clean up the Forums image and how it appeals to new members and also makes it easier to navigate and allow real content to be accessible to our users.
