i personally use android ut it would depend heavily on the usecase of the device,
where it a personal device with no work related content that should stay secret then android
but if for some reason you have work documents on it that shouldn't fall into a competitors hand then IOS.

I Personally Prefer IOS but there lot of new Things in android now a days android is quite Good
