How can i hack my school district?

Hello all,
I recently saw my sysadmin log into the school district server list and i asked him about it and he said with the right password you can access any school in the whole state. (I live in Australia btw) I saw a video on yt about a kid hacking the school district and rickrolling them all. How can i do something similar?
