I very excited to move to Europe and play on Europe servers! I think gameplay, mentality and everything will be different. Or I'm just wrong about it? Every server of LoL it's toxic like Brazil too?

You're wrong, every server is toxic sadly.

I have only played on EuW and NA and PBE server but they're all toxic and from watching streams it seems like every region is.
