Getting The Lines While Watching Samsung TV

I am a new member on this forum and I did not find any suitable place to create a new thread, so I am trying to post it here. I don't know if it is suitable or not, if any mistake from side, I apologize.

I recently purchased this Samsung Neo QLED 4K 55QN93A, but I am encountering a problem after a few minutes of watching. I am getting the lines from the screen and sometimes it gets black. I have no idea why this happens. Could someone please help to fix it?

You should get your TV repaired on warranty. Fixing this kind of hardware issue isn't really easy for a novice user to do themselves. I hope you have a warranty or you're better off just buying a new device.

please use the warranty, my experience panel ribbon can cause this
