Fix Black Ops 4 Open NAT, BLocked Ports and LAG Issues

Just came across a guide when I realized that my sick ISP has blocked my Black Ops 4 ports and I can't connect to any server now. This guide contains a list of ports for PC, Xbox and PS4 that black ops 4 require to run. Do check it out.
