wdym, you pretty much roleplay, like gta v but ai dont kill  you and no cops. People can spawn in cars and give themselves guns. Although modding wise, its a bit of a tough one, there good executors and good menus and menus and executors that can get you banned. I use eulen ($20 a month), pretty good and havent been banned, i dont mod too much, just test anti cheats when my server gets one to see how good it is.
