I'm confused about what it meant on "Refer a friend to the forum" How would I do that and how would I have them verify I sent them here?

goto your user control panel and in the top left there is a referral link just send that to your friends and when they sign up using that link you will get credits for each friend you refer and it will show how many people in your profile
