Best Antivirus?

Hey guys, I'm just wondering what you all think the best antivirus is, I mean like top of the line antivirus. I personally use the paid version of AVG, and it seems to work great. I want honest opinions.

I use malwarebytes dont know how good it is but it made my pc alot faster when i scanned the first time lol
