Not sure what that is, but it is incomplete.  I can find my own e-mail address on haveibeenpwned, but not in that list. Just trying to see which of my content has been leaked, or if I have accounts in places I no longer recall. 

And to the people who claim it only has passwords, you didn't search it.  Try "cat <filename> | grep \;"
Shows a lot of accounts with passwords, and other stuff.  But not mine =/
