Hidden Content has been stripped.
Go to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CC 2015\Support Files
And drag the amtlib.dll into the there
Press yes to UAC
Launch up after effects

Starting to think this forum needs it's own Adobe License section...
