Upgrade options help

I want to upgrade straight to Emerald or Diamond but it wont let me saying I'm already upgraded or not allowed to upgrade. However it will let me upgrade to Gold.

Must I upgrade to each tier sequentially?

Yes, you must upgrade to Gold first before you may upgrade further.

Alright thank for the info, I guess it's much more expensive than I thought. I'll find another way to support the site
