Find address and phone#: pipl.com
Find address, phone# and work: whitepages.com
Phone# lookup: truecaller.com
If you know the person's name and state you can Google '(persons state here) case search' and you can find a site displaying public cases that contain an arrest record, the car they drive, plate number, date of birth, home address, etc.
 
I don't really know what info you are trying to gather, but you can also get possible passwords and old passwords from leaked databases.
