having issues or maybe I'm not smart?

I keep encountering issues with this site for some reason, I don't know if it's my computer or if it's my internet, but I just found out about this site on a google search I made, made an account and now I'm here and I'm trying to enter these giveaway things for christmas, through links on posts/threads and it just won't go through. It acts like I'm using a proxy cause when I used to use one it would load and refresh over and over and over again like it does now but I'm not even using a proxy. I don't understand.

Clear the cache on your browser.

Yeah clearing your cache normally helps, also clearing your browsing also helps, make sure your not using VPN's as that may trigger it.
