When all said and done, it mainly depends on the severity and the duration of the effects that was caused by the submissions of the hacker. Honestly, the term 'hacking' is excessively used to the point where I can no longer find any meaning of it.

Hacking can always be for pathetic reasons but when its used for serious & good enough reasons i think its okay to do - my opinion :P.
