connecting to xboxlive

so im having a problem with connecting to aw servers and i don't know why hopefully some of you guys can help with me this problem so i dont what has been happening to AW lately every time it says connecting to connecting to Xbox live here are some screen shots of whats going on i know the servers work perfect cause i was on a retail console

does anyone know how to fix this or know why this is going on, been having this problem for awhile now and i wanna play aw

lol knew it for one you said retail and thats mainly pertains to someone who owns a rgh and also has un modded console plus the buttons on aw in the picture are 360 not xb1 buttons :)
