It is a pretty cool, however I am not the one who leaked this. I just saw it on GitHub and was like you might like this but. But you're right, so many of them are going I'm glad that these don't work out of the box and takes a little bit of work to get them working. but you're right that is a sad truth.

Yeah he was the dev or xblive, ninjas cheats and some gta pc menus
