To Do the GM Glitch simply do the following!....
(LAST-GEN CONSOLES ONLY!!!)
Some may be familiar with it..
as you know Rockstar released the last and final update for last gen consoles....
This GM Can NEVER BE PATCHED!!!
ENJOY!

(1.) Go into garage...
(2.) Go onto the Infinite Rage channel.
(3.) Press "B"
(4.) Go on Quick Job->Heist
(5.) As soon as your screen gets laggy that means your about to shoot up into the clouds.
AS soon as you notice press "Right D-Pad"


You will go into the cloud, now switch to the spectating channel news... then stay their for 5 secs then press "B".
