Xbox Does anyone have a recovery tool for BO3??

I have been wanting to start doing Black Ops 3 modded accounts for Xbox 360 but I can't seem to find a tool that has unlock all and custom rank :(
I am wondering if any of you here have a good recovery tool with unlock all and custom rank for Black Ops 3 on Xbox 360 I am willing to pay for it as well :P

Xbox360isbests tool has unlock all but he is on se7ensins if you need to contact him

Go on the se7ensins bo3 modding forum. make sure you find the most recent Title Update as well lol
