I keep getting this error every time I try build a gta v mod menu in visual studio 2017. it started after I repaired my window update. is there a way to fix it?

it means one of your dependencies are corrupt, is this for Xbox?

yes and visual studio 2010

yes and visual studio 2010

Your best option is to reinstall Neighbourhood and VS. Just incase you have the wrong VS 2010, here's the correct one (once installing this reinstall Neighbourhood):
